Social Media

Many of the DIY pages, like the Donation Page and Volunteer Page contain a control that allows you to display the social media outlets that you use for your organization. It gives the donor the ability to add your social media page to their own page with one click and then share that with others. The control on those pages will only show those media outlets that you have set up.
 
To set them up, click the Codes button at the top of the page and scroll down to that section. Click Edit to change an existing record or click the Add New Social Media button to create a new record.

Select a Media option. The drop down field contains...

Name

Enter the Name for the media service as you want it to appear on the page.

Public ID

Enter the Public ID for your company. You may need to contact the Media Service to find your ID.

Submit

Click to create the record.
