Volunteer Codes

Volunteer Codes are a specific type of code in that they indicate the areas that the volunteer might like to spend his or her time. The codes could represent specific areas of interest or types of work preferred. The codes are stored in the donor's name record page and can be used to produce a list of names that match your code filter.

Click the Codes tab at the top of the page then scroll down to the Volunteer Codes section near the bottom of the page. You can click the Edit button to edit an existing code or click Add New to create a new one.

Simply enter the name of the code in the Description field and click the Submit button.

The list of codes will be displayed on the Volunteer DIY page so that donors can select their preferences. You can see their preferences on each donor's Name Page.
